Once students in Hong Kong transportation from extra school to school, they are completely happy about not being controlled by their parents anymore. Since in secondary university, students have got a lot of pressure from public tests and their concerned parents. The parents force these to maintain a proper lifestyle. Yet , after they become college students, particularly for those who are surviving in residence acces, they would always be excited to get rid of the healthy life-style and doing whatever they will like at nighttime time. They can hang out with friends at nighttime and have parties all night long. Yet , before the deadlines of projects, students might burn the midnight petrol, spending several nights to complete the tasks. When their work is completed, they would use the whole day intended for sleeping to treat the seized sleeping several hours. The unsettling schedule of sleep would induce a strong negative affect in students' sleep-wake style. Once the style is disrupted, it will cause varies of problems towards one's lifestyle.
